*Lost Orders! If your package has not been delivered to you within 7 days of your receiving your tracking number, this will be considered a lost package and we will not REFUND THE ORDER OR OFFER REPLACEMENTS OR STORE CREDIT. Once your order leaves our shipping office and dropped off at USPS or FEDEX we have no control of the package anymore.

*We offer heat packs for $4.50. PLEASE CHECK YOUR WEATHER BEFORE PURCHASING. IF YOUR TEMPS ARE IN THE LOW TO MID 30'S PLEASE PURCHASE A HEAT PACK AS WELL. I will also check your temps and weather in your area before shipping your order. If I see that you will need a heat pack for your order and you did not purchase one, I will message you with the link to purchase the heat pack. If you do not purchase a heat for your order our LIVE ARRIVAL GUARNTEE will be voided. If your order arrives damaged from the cold, we will not Offer a Replacement or Store Credit.  Or I will cancel your order! Also, many of our plants are very cold sensitive, so if your temps are below 29 degrees at night, your order will be delayed until your temps warm up some.
